We would love to have you join us for the fall 2026 class! Check out the details: Thinking about taking up running, but don’t know how to get started? Come learn from seasoned runners and go from 0 to 5k in just eight weeks! Make plans now to join us for our next class held on Tuesday evenings in the fall of 2026 (September 8 – October 27, 2026) from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Salisbury Police Department!

We are pleased to announce that this year's race will include anyone from the community (not associated with Girls on the Run) to be a part of our race! There are 100 community runner/walker spots available, so sign up fast before they are gone. We are excited to integrate the community with our Girls on the Run 5K. All community runners will receive a GOTR 5k Tshirt and GOTR medal with registration. There will be no overall or age group awards, but community runners will be officially timed.
