We would love to have you join us for the spring 2025 class! Check out these details:  Thinking about taking up running, but don’t know how to get started?  Come learn from seasoned runners and go from 0 to 5k in just eight weeks!  Make plans now to join us for our next class held on Thursday evenings, September 5 – October 24, 2024 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Salisbury Police Department!  Our spring class will be at the same location and time on Tuesday evenings, March 11 – April 29, 2025.
