We would love to have you join us for the spring 2026 class! Check out the details:  Thinking about taking up running, but don’t know how to get started?  Come learn from seasoned runners and go from 0 to 5k in just eight weeks!  Make plans now to join us for our next class held on Tuesday evenings in the spring of 2026 (March 10, 2026 – April 28,2026) from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Salisbury Police Department!
