SRR hosts a Walk Club for residents at Rowan Helping Ministries each spring and fall. Come volunteer with us as we teach the mental and health benefits of walking:

WHERE: Rowan Helping Ministries: 226 N. Long Street, Salisbury, NC 28144
WHEN: Monday Mornings, September 14 - November 2, 2026; 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
HOW: 15 minutes of classroom instruction followed by a walk on the streets around downtown Salisbury
