All of our activities do not materialize out of thin air. SRR is a club totally dependent on the generosity of its volunteers. Volunteering is an excellent way to get acquainted with SRR club members and local runners. It also can be very rewarding!

There are many opportunities to volunteer at races and other activities. SRR can use your assistance at any race on their calendar. If you run our club races, please consider giving something back to the club by volunteering for at least one race per year.

Come volunteer with us as we teach the mental and health benefits of walking: WHERE: Rowan Helping Ministries: 226 N. Long Street, Salisbury, NC 28144 WHEN: Monday Mornings, March 9 - April 27, 2026; 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. HOW: 15 minutes of classroom instruction followed by a walk on the streets around downtown Salisbury
